When you are in call mode you can change you background voice according to your wish.
6 How do I get a Better Battery Backup of my phone?
a) By charging the battery up to 6 hrs for the first time and subsequently 2 hrs.
b) Charging the battery only after complete discharge of battery.
c) Should not remove the battery more often.
7 How do I set MP3 Song as a Ring tone in Hansum phones?
Menu -» Multimedia -» Audio Player -» List, select required song and Go to -» Options -» Add to Ringtones.
Now the Song will be available at your User Profile settings

Speed dial is a convenient way of using your most frequently used numbers with just a long press of a single number on keypad. As the speed dial number, you can assign up to 8 numbers to number keys (2 to 9).
9 What is PUK code and what should I do if my phone prompts for the PUK code?
PUK (PIN Unlocking Key) no is normally required when you enter the wrong PIN (Personal Identification Number) Code. If your phone prompts for PUK number it means your SIM has been blocked. Please communicate with your SIM Card service provider to get the PUK code and use the code to unlock

11 How can we use Phone as PEN DRIVE or Data Storage device?
Do as below:-
a) Plug-in the data cable (provided with the handset) between Phone and Computer,
b) A pop up message shown (Mass Storage/Com Port) on your mobile.
c) Select Mass Storage
d) The removable Drive will appear on your My Computer.
e) Double click on it .Now it is ready for use.
12 How can I save my favorite channel in FM List?
You can manual input the frequency and save to channel list, Or Preset auto search can save all channels automatically, Or If you wish to save the current playing FM Channel then long press any no. key, the channel will save on that particular no. key. By single press the no. during FM is ON, that channel will start playing
13 How can I increase / decrease the Speaker volume in Hansum Phones which doesn’t support Side up/down Key?
If there is no side key then Just Press the “*” to increase volume and “#” to decrease volume.
14 How to update Hansum mobile phones?
To update Hansum mobile phones, relative application and update cable are necessary.Please contact the nearest Hansum service center to update your phone.
15 What to do if my USB device can not be recognized by my computer?
I. Check if it is caused by computer.
1. Check if computer is infected by virus.
2. Check if USB driver is well installed and the compatibility issue.
3. Check for software conflict. Usually, a driver installation notification will pop out.
16 How to Find IMEI number on your mobile phone?

Check whether the Powering-on key is pressed and hold for 1 second or above;
Please remove the battery first and then try to power the phone on;

Please check whether the plug is connected well or not;
